What data we process

This is a showcase site with no registration or online purchase forms. We process personal data only when you contact us of your own accord:

• Contact data you provide via WhatsApp, email or phone (name, number, email and message content) to answer your requests for bookings, experiences, events or products.
• Navigation data automatically collected by the server for technical and security reasons (IP address, browser type, pages visited), kept only as long as strictly necessary.
• Newsletter sign-up (if enabled): the email address you provide, to send you news and offers. This happens only with your explicit consent, revocable at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
• Online bookings (if enabled): the data you enter in the booking form (name, contacts, date, number of people), processed to handle your request.

Purposes and legal basis

We process data to: reply to your requests and manage bookings (legal basis: pre-contractual and contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR); ensure the site works correctly and securely (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f).

If you subscribe to the newsletter or consent to marketing cookies, we will process the related data on the basis of your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Disclosure to third parties

Your data is never sold or transferred. To contact us we use WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), which processes data under its own policy. The map is provided by Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.) and loaded only with your consent: see the Cookie Policy.

Data retention

We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations; technical logs are kept for limited periods and then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under arts. 15-22 GDPR you have the right to:

• access your data and request its rectification or erasure;
• restrict or object to processing and request data portability;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting prior processing;
• lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
